Courtney Sheron, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse

Courtney joined our practice after moving back from Tennessee, where she worked in pediatric oncology at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. While working in the Bone Marrow Transplant unit, she received the Daisy Award for her exceptional nursing care. Courtney received her BSN from Stony Brook University in New York, where she graduated summa cum laude. Courtney is a world traveler and has done humanitarian work in Nepal, Haiti, Kenya, and Iraq. Courtney also enjoys weight training and has a passion for music and the fine arts. She is thrilled to join our team at Forman Plastic Surgery and continue to make a difference in people’s lives.

Kayleigh Boyd

Aesthetic Nurse

Kayleigh is a registered nurse who lives in Kent Island. Kayleigh grew up in Bel Air, Maryland before obtaining her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clemson University. Upon completing school, she worked in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Kayleigh has thoroughly enjoyed her time working at Forman Plastic Surgery and, before that, The Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington. She has learned a great deal about cosmetic and reconstructive surgery by working closely with Dr. Douglas Forman and other skilled plastic surgeons. She specializes in CoolSculpting and Botox. Kayleigh strives to enhance the natural beauty of her patients to help them become the best versions of themselves. She is a true advocate for her patients, who trust and appreciate her ability to leave them looking refreshed and feeling confident. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family and playing with her two red golden retrievers, Knox and Hendrix.

Karen Graham

Lead Patient Coordinator

Karen joined our practice at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington in 2005 before eventually joining us at Forman Plastic Surgery. She loves every opportunity to help patients, and she genuinely shares her patients’ excitement as they’re transformed to find greater self-confidence and quality of life. She is always happy to discuss her firsthand experience through surgery and recovery. Outside of the office, you will find Karen enjoying the great outdoors, traveling, hiking, and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle. Most importantly she loves spending time with family and friends and her beloved dog, Blaze.

Megan Wilby

Patient Care Coordinator

Megan has always had a passion for helping others. She loves to spend her time getting to know her patients and helping them from the beginning to the end of their treatment process. She spent most of her life living overseas as a military brat, taking every opportunity to visit somewhere new. Her international upbringing ignited a life-long desire to travel and experience new cultures. In addition to her culturally diverse background, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and is currently in Grad School. It’s safe to say that she loves working with all of our patients! On her days off, you can find Megan exploring new brunch spots and spending time with those closest to her.

Natalie E. Miller, L.E.

Esthetician

Natalie has a passion for people and skin care. She trained at Dermal Science International in Reston, VA and received her degree in Aesthetics and Laser. Natalie comes to our practice with a decade of experience working for top Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. She has had additional advanced training in Infini, microneedling, lasers, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, makeup artistry, derma-plan, and body contouring treatments. Natalie loves to customize her skin care routine according to skin types, designing skin care protocols for all skin conditions. Her favorite part of being an esthetician is educating her patients on the newest beauty tips and watching her clients’ skin transform into healthy, glowing, youthful skin!

Shanti Abel, MHA

Practice Administrator

Shanti recently moved to Maryland from Orlando, FL, where she was working in plastic surgery as a patient care coordinator. She received her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Health Communication at the University of South Florida and continued on to receive a Master of Health Administration at the University of Florida. She is passionate about supporting the team to allow the practice to continuously grow and provide exceptional patient care.
